After we finished up with Rebecca Danielle’s shoot, we got to work on mine. That weekend I wasn’t feeling 100%, but I think Jodie worked around that wonderfully. I had such a great time that part of the time I wasn’t paying attention to the shoot sometimes! LOL.

I had the great pleasure of working with Miss Jodie King of Jodie King Photography again, and this time the lovely model was Miss Rebecca Danielle. She is here from Holland doing journalistic work, and we bonded over the fact we are both Dutch. I told her my family originates from the Frisian Islands, to which she replied with the “ohhh” icky face I was expecting – the Frisian Dutch are known to be kind of conservative assholes. Luckily for me, the rest of my heritage – Swiss, English, & Scottish – repeals that trait I’d like to think 🙂 I was never proud of being Dutch until a few years ago when I found out that I was related to FDR.
Anyways, Jodie, Rebecca, and I had a great time together, and it took at least two hours before we were ready to shoot because we were having so much fun! But the images that we captured of Rebecca – WOW! Just stunning. Have a look see and find out for yourself!
Amazing, am I right?! An amazing shoot with amazing ladies that yielded amazing shots – can’t lose with that combo!

I recently got contacted by Jennifer of Jennifer Sosa Photography to do a photo shoot for her as part of a personal project. She wanted to work on more retro and vintage looks, as well as a new type of film and just experimenting in general. I went all the way to Brooklyn for this shoot, but it was great! These happen to be my personal favourites of the entire shoot, with the mix of the city street background, the afternoon sun, and the vintage styling. I am usually very critical of pictures that are taken of me, but all of the pictures here I love. It was a fabulous shoot all around!

Well dolls, I finally did it – I had my very own photo shoot with Jodie King Photography! I just couldn’t resist when the suggestion was made to me to model myself, and I did all of my own makeup, hair, styling, and of course – modelling!
There are three looks/styles in this series, and I will begin with my white background poses of my photos. Stay tuned over the next couple of days for the rest in my series – I assure you, they only get more impressive as time goes on!

In this look, a black blunt cut wig was used, along with darker rimmed eyeglasses and a dark, almost blood red lip. Again, she looks like a different person!

I recently had the good fortune of working with Miss Jodie of Jodie King Photography again, this time with a glorious model, Scarlett Keane. We did several different looks, about five in all, which I will be posting over the next few days for all of you to enjoy and imbibe. I have done all of the hair and makeup for this shoot.
This section of shots I have entitled “The Lioness”. It is fierce and artistic, and I hope you enjoy!
